DIABETES BE GONE…

I knew I needed help with controlling my nutrition if I wanted to control my diabetes and not have to go on medication as my doctor suggested. Having Connie there to teach me how to make healthy food choices and there to keep me accountable has been life saving even after a year.

I had thought of starting yoga classes for awhile but wasn't sure the type of class that would be suitable for me with my arthritis. Connie coached me online with the basics fundamentals of yoga and how to protect my joints. Then she found me a Studio in my city and suggested which classes to begin with. The combination of classes and working online with Connie just makes life easy.
