Our programs work to balance what we do in our daily activities,  in our sports, the weight room or classes.  Aches, pains and stiffness in our body can be improved with the right moves and techniques.

We use bodyweight exercises combined with functional yoga moves to strengthen our core and improve our flexibility.

Small Group Training Tuesday 10:00 am Begins October 1st for 8 Weeks

A small casual group of 4. This class focuses on specific movements that develop a greater understanding of how we can to improve stability, mobility & balance in our daily activities, sports and in the gym. This small group allows for individual training in a quieter, relaxed and fun environment. A beginner/intermediate level. Location: Office Studio Jim’s Gym Non-members welcome.

Movement is movement. But specific movements that are designed for what your body needs is important in keeping the body functionally strong as we age. Don't guess what your body needs. Learn what it requires to stay strong. Let's get creative while we are getting strong, healthier and fit. Your sessions will infuse functional moves that include yoga poses. We may use trx, bosu and other balance training equipment to stay engaged and create new neural pathways to continually become stronger as we age.




5 Class Pass Yogacore ( Not valid for Mondays class)

Yogacore is a Yin/Yang inspired class that combines the flexibility of yoga with the strength of the core. Yogacore is a fitness-based training, not a yoga studio style class. Open to all fitness levels and no yoga experience is necessary. The intensity and challenge of different exercises increase as we progress. We work individually within a motivating group of like-minded people. Balance equipment may be used. Classes are designed to improve movement in our daily activities, enhance sports performance, lessen recovery time and prevent injuries. We use both passive and dynamic functional and yoga-based exercises that are specific in improving flexibility and strength within our joints and connective tissues.
