Like All Things, Our Body Needs Time To Rest.
We spend a great part of our day eating. We eat, then nibble, then snack, then eat again and nibble some more.
Our body, especially our liver, has a natural detoxification cycle. But we have to give this cycle the opportunity to do what it is designed to do.
We can naturally support this process by consuming all of our foods within an eight to ten hour period. Then allowing fourteen to sixteen hours for our body to assimilate, digest, eliminate and detox (rest).
This allows flexibility for those that may not enjoy eating breakfast. Don’t worry about it. Instead, find a way of consuming your food within the eight to ten-hour window, and allow the body to do it’s natural cycle the rest of the time.
