Challenge Yourself To Be Challenged

This is a great exercise for the abdominals and lower back. It is challenging and that’s why we like it.

Start with one foot on the ground and lift the other leg but keep it bent. As you become stronger work on extending the leg straight.

Hold for 10 seconds.
